At Truly, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for skincare returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your Truly products in their original box to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
